Gift Cards

All sales of gift cards are final

Gift cards purchased in store are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Valid for services only

Gift cards may be redeemed for massage and spa services at Relaxology Thai Massage Toowoomba. They cannot be used for retail products or transferred to another business.

Expiry

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the card, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Lost or stolen cards

Relaxology Thai Massage Toowoomba is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat your gift card like cash.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment so you can relax and get the most from your session.
If you are running late, please contact us at 0409 081 995.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed.
The full fee will still apply for the reserved time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and could be treated as a no-show.

Change of mind

We do not provide refunds for change of mind once a massage service has been delivered.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us at 0409 081 995 at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in forfeiting the session.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or modifies the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service has a fault, you are entitled to a remedy.
